ちゅうなごんゆきひら
立ち別れ いなばの山の 峰に生ふる
まつとし聞かば 今帰り来む
歌意
お別れして因幡の国へ行ってしまっても、因幡の山の峰に生えている松のように、あなたが待っていると聞いたなら、すぐに帰ってきましょう。
English Translation
Though I came to her,
When the first faint paling came
To the morning sky;
It was she who went from me
With a face more sad than mine.
