きせんほうし
わが庵は 都のたつみ しかぞすむ
世をうぢ山と 人はいふなり
歌意
私の仮住まいは都の東南にあり、そこで静かに暮らしている。世を辛いと思って逃れ住んでいる山だと、人は言うようだが。
English Translation
Lowly hut is mine

Thus I choose to dwell;--

Men have named a "Mount of Gloom."
