二条院讃岐
にじょういんのさぬき
わが袖は 潮干に見えぬ 沖の石の
人こそ知らね 乾く間もなし
歌意
私の袖は、引き潮の時でも海中に隠れて見えない沖の石のように、人は知らないだろうけれど、涙で濡れて乾く間もありません。

To be blown away;
So too my life must end;
