ごとばいん
人もをし 人も恨めし あぢきなく
世を思ふゆゑに もの思ふ身は
歌意
人が愛しくもあり、また恨めしくもある。つまらない世の中だと思うせいで、あれこれと物思いに悩む我が身にとっては。

For some men I grieve;--
Some men are hateful to me;--
And this wretched world
To me, weighted down with care,
Is a place of misery.
